DU Admission 2026 Without CUET

Delhi University Opens Admissions Without CUET; Enroll in MBA or BSc from Home or Phone!

DU Admission 2026 Without CUET: Candidates can now submit their applications online via the DU admission portal, with the registration period remaining open until July 24.

Admission Opportunities at DU: While gaining entry into regular undergraduate programmes at the University of Delhi (DU) typically requires a valid Common University Entrance Test (CUET) score, applicants who missed the exam or didn't achieve a satisfactory score can still explore admission options in select DU programmes through alternative learning modes. The admission process for the 2026-27 academic session is in full swing.

Is DU Accessible Without CUET?

Though CUET is a prerequisite for conventional undergraduate courses, DU also provides various programmes through its distance and open learning divisions, where admission is determined by academic merit instead of entrance tests.

School of Open Learning (SOL):

The SOL offers both undergraduate and postgraduate courses without needing a CUET score. For undergraduate admissions, candidates’ Class 12 marks are taken into consideration, while postgraduate admissions rely on graduation scores. Enrolled students won’t have to attend regular classes; instead, academic support sessions are held on weekends at designated DU colleges.

Campus of Open Learning (COL):

The COL presents a range of professional, vocational, skill-based, and certificate courses that vary in duration from one month to one year. Many programmes accept students based on Class 12 marks, with certain offerings using a first-come, first-served admission approach.

Non-Collegiate Women's Education Board (NCWEB):

Dedicated to women residing in Delhi, the NCWEB allows eligible candidates to apply for admission without needing to take the CUET. Admission is based on the best marks from four subjects in Class 12. Like SOL, weekend classes are conducted at select DU colleges.

DU SOL & COL Admission 2026: Registration is Open!

The University of Delhi has officially launched the admission process for the School of Open Learning (SOL) and Campus of Open Learning (COL) programmes, under the Department of Distance and Continuing Education (DDCE), for the 2026-27 academic year. Prospective students can apply online through the DU admission portal until July 24, 2026. The first admission list is set to be released on July 27, 2026.

We encourage all interested candidates to complete their registrations before the deadline.
