Shamar Joseph bowls West Indies to stunning win over Australia in day/night Test match.

West Indies bowled Australia all out for 207, giving the Caribbean side their first win in Australia since 1997.

Injured pace bowler Shamar Joseph produced a stunning spell of fast bowling to lead his side to one of the greatest upsets in Test history to stun Australia by eight runs win in Brisbane on January 28.

The West Indies, who brought an under-strength side to Australia for the Test series, gave debuts to four players, including Joseph, in the two Tests.

They were beaten inside three days in Adelaide last week and were expected to suffer a similar fate in the day-night Test in Brisbane.

But after bowling Australia out for 207 in the second session Sunday, the West Indies recorded their first win in Australia since they last tasted victory in Perth in 1997.

Joseph was outstanding Sunday, bowling 11.5 overs of hostile pace to finish with 7-68 in just his second Test.

Australia had resumed the day at 60-2 with Steve Smith, who carried his bat for a superb 91 not out, and Cameron Green looking comfortable against Kemar Roach and Alzarri Joseph.

Shamar Joseph, who had to retire hurt after being hit on the toe in the second innings on Saturday night, did not bowl Saturday and only came into the attack 45 minutes into the first session.

He dismissed Green when the Australian No.4 chopped on, then bowled Travis Head with a beautiful yorker, Head’s second first-ball duck of the match.

Australia, cruising at 113-2, were suddenly 113-4, although Smith looked unperturbed as he reached his half-century.

However, Joseph struck again when Mitchell Marsh edged to Alick Athanaze at third slip and, although the ball popped out of Athanaze’s hands, it went straight to Justin Greaves to leave Australia 132-5, 84 runs from victory.

Alex Carey was next to go, clean bowled by a 145 km/h thunderbolt that crashed into off stump, with Australia 136-6.

Mitchell Starc decided the best path to victory was attack and smashed 21 runs from just 14 balls before trying one big hit too many and holing out to Kevin Sinclair in the covers.

Cummins was next to go, getting an edge to a diving Joshua Da Silva behind the stumps.

After the break, Alzarri Joseph claimed Nathan Lyon caught behind before Shamar Joseph wrapped up the innings with great attitude "Never Ever Give Up".

वर्तमान समय में यह समस्या भी युवाओं में बढ़ती जा रही है जिसके कारण वह "अपराध बोध" और "आत्मग्लानि" में इतने डूब जाते हैं , कि कई बार इससे बाहर  निकल पाना उनके लिए सक्षम नहीं हो पाता है और नकारात्मक स्थिति में तो आत्महत्या तक कि भी नौबत आ सकती हैं। अतः इस लेख में हम कुछ बिंदुओं पर बात करेंगे। जैसे:-

🍀और गिल्ट से बाहर आने के उपाय क्या है?


साथियों, गिल्ट या अपराध बोध कोई नया शब्द नहीं है। हम सभी इससे परिचित हैं।जब भी किसी के जीवन में कोई गलती हो जाती है या कोई बड़ा पाप हो जाता है तो उसके मन में एक अपराध बोध या खुद को कसूरवार ठहराने का भाव पैदा होता है।
एक सीमा तक तो यह उचित भी है, क्योंकि हमें अपनी गलतियों का बोध कराकर सही कार्य करने की और जीवन में सुधार करने की प्रेरणा देता है।

लेकिन इस अपराध बोध कि अति बड़ी नुकसान दायक है। क्योंकि फिर वह व्यक्ति को भीतर से तोड़ देती है। उसके आगे बढ़ने का या जीवन को खुलकर जीने का उत्साह ही मिटा देती है।  दूसरे अर्थों में इसे हम एक "नेगेटिव इमोशंस अर्थात एक बहुत ही प्रबल नकारात्मक भावना " कह सकते हैं जो व्यक्ति के जीवन पर और उसके कर्मों पर उसके आने वाले भविष्य पर बहुत बड़ा प्रभाव डालती है। वह उसकी दिशा और दशा दोनों को बदल सकती है। because

अतः इससे बचना बहुत ज़रूरी है। निम्न बिंदुओं का ध्यान रखे, अमल में लाएं:-

🏅यदि कोई गलती हुई भी है जीवन में तो
सबसे पहले उसे एक्सेप्ट करे। स्वयं को समझाए हम इंसान है, हम से गलती हो सकती है। यह भी समझदारी और परिपक्वता की निशानी है,

🏅ध्यान रहे जो अब बीत चुका है, उसे अपने वर्तमान पर हावी न होने दे। अन्यथा भविष्य भी तनावग्रस्त हो सकता है,


🏅हम पिछली गलती से क्या सीख सकते हैं। और क्या सुधार कर सकते हैं, इसी पर हमारा नियंत्रण है जो हो चुका है। उसे बदलना हमारे बस की बात नहीं है। अतः उसकी चिंता त्याग दे☑️


🏅स्वयं से प्यार से बात करे। जब किसी अन्य के जीवन में कोई ऐसी मुश्किल होती है, तब हम उसे ख़ुद को एक्सेप्ट करने की ही सलाह देते है। ठीक इसी तरह स्वयम भी उसका अमल करें। और खुद को क्षमा करें,

🏅दोस्तों कई बार गलती इतनी अधिक दुखदायी नही होती ,जितना कि हम उसे सोच-सोच कर अपना दुख इकट्ठा कर लेते हैं अतः यदि एक बार कोई mistake  हो गई है तो उसके लिए खुद को क्षमा करें और तुरंत आगे बढ़ जाए ताकि उसका प्रभाव आगे लंबे समय तक साथ ना बना रहे।अन्यथा गलती होने की संभावना और बढ़ जाती है,

🏅एक नई शरुआत करे। जी हाँ साथियों जो भी पास्ट में गलतियां हुई है उनसे सीखकर आगे बढे, उनका पूरा विश्लेषण करें। और अपनी कमियों को सुधारने की ज़िम्मेदारी लेकर Restart करे. आप एक जगह रुककर नही बैठ सकते।

गतिशील बने रहना ही जीवन की परिभाषा है...✅


🏅हमेशा इस बात को स्वीकार करे। कि कोई भी परफेक्ट नही होता है, जीवन के किसी मोड़ पर सबकी कुछ न कुछ कमियां रही होती है। अतः उनसे सबक सीखे। औऱ आगे बढ़ते जाए। यही तरीका इंसान को ऊंचा उठता है...

🏅आवश्यकता से अधिक किसी बात पर न सोचे। कई बार overthinking के कारण ही लोग दुःख में डूबे रहते है। अतः ज़्यादा टेंशन न ले। जीवन मे सहज रहे।

🏅ईश्वर से प्रार्थना ज़रूर करे। और अपनी सारी अज्ञानताओं और गलतियों के लिये प्रभु से क्षमा मांगे। इससे मन शांत हो जाता है,

🏅Be strong:- साथियों अपने आप को हमेशा मजबूत ही दिखाओ। कहीं भी कभी भी अपनी कमजोरियों और दुःख का रोना मत रोने लग जाओ। क्योंकि इससे अधिकतर लोगों को कोई खास फर्क नही पड़ेगा। लेकिन इतना ज़रूर है कि वक़्त आने पर वे आपकी इन्ही कमज़ोरियों का आपके खिलाफ प्रयोग कर सकते है।

Air pollution, often referred to as the silent killer, is caused by the release of harmful pollutants into the atmosphere. These pollutants, including fine particulate matter (PM2.5), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), sulfur dioxide (SO2), and ozone (O3), can originate from a variety of sources, including vehicle emissions, industrial processes, and even natural events like wildfires alongwith flam to agriculture wastes by farmers, it's causing dangerous fog in Urban areas specially Delhi NCR region.
