Manu Bhaker, a graduate of DU's Lady Shri Ram College, had contemplated giving up sports after facing challenges at the 2020 Olympics. However, she made a remarkable comeback by clinching bronze in the Women's 10m Air Pistol event at the 2024 Olympics, marking India's first medal at the event. Her victory not only showcases her resilience but also ends a 12-year drought for India's Olympic shooting medals.
