 B.Ed Course Closed Change in Teacher Recruitment Qualification

 The government changes the education policy from time to time to provide higher level education.

Now the government has decided to close the B.Ed course and implement a new course in its place.

Candidates holding B.Ed degree will not be able to appear for the teacher recruitment exam in the country after 6 years i.e. from 2030.

A new course is being started by the government for them from 2025.

The 2-year and four-year B.Ed course will be completely closed along with this the D.El.Ed course will also be closed.

Now from next year, candidates will not be able to do 2-year B.Ed course.

The government is changing the education policy to increase the quality of higher education.

Keeping in mind the new education policy, changes are being made in the B.Ed course by the National Council for Teacher Education.

Preparations are underway to change the minimum qualification for teacher recruitment across the country.

According to the final concept of the Ministry of Education, by 2030, work will be done to develop multidisciplinary institutions in all states on the basis of the standards of the University Grants Commission.

New ITP course started in place of B.Ed

After graduation, the degree recognition of B.Ed course for 2 years of special subject will continue.

After NCERT closed the 2-year special B.Ed course, it has been decided to close the 4-year B.Ed course as well.

Now, in its place, a 4-year B.Ed ITP new course will have to be done.

This 4-year new course has been started by the government.

For which admission is also currently started.

This year the admission process has been started in only a few colleges.

Next year it will be implemented simultaneously in the country.
